Does Media Towel offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50. Free shipping will be reflected during checkout.

Returns
What is Media Towel’s return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, submit a request for return within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How do I start a return?
To submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the Request a Return and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item.
What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Email a photo and your order number to support@pivotproductdesigns.com of receiving your order, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Is there a return or restocking fee?
To help cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking, we charge a flat $5 return fee (excluding damaged or incorrect items), the rest is on us.
Can I exchange for a different color or style?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the color or style you want is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This helps us process your request quickly and keep our support streamlined.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged immediately once your order is placed and confirmed.
